I have completed my conversations with all four candidates running for the Farmington Public Schools Board of Education: Cheryl Blau, Verna Felder, Ron Recinto and Santoria Shepherd.

We discussed school safety, student achievement, preparation for work and the responsibilities of the board. Each candidate has a dedicated article with the complete interview, presented in parts so you can follow our conversation from beginning to end.

I have also put their answers together in a separate candidate comparison. Read the responses by topic and play the video at the point where each candidate addresses the question.

The election is November 3, 2026. My purpose is to help you hear these candidates in their own words and make your own decision.
